We offer two health care plans through Blue Cross & Blue Shield to cover you and your family. With a 24-hour nurse line and telehealth option, members receive care anywhere, anytime.
Team members who opt for medical coverage are automatically enrolled in Express Scripts, an easy, convenient and economical way to fill prescription orders from physicians.
Our MetLife Preferred Dentist Program option allows team members to select any in-or-out-of-network dentist and covers 100% of preventative dental treatment up to the plan maximum.
Flexible Spending Account
Team members may set aside up to $2,600 annually for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses and up to $5,000 for dependent care costs -- both pre-tax -- easing the sting of those expenditures.
Vision plan enrollees are covered for one eye exam, one pair of lenses or contact lenses, and a pair or frames once every 12 months. And with an in-network EyeMed physician, exams are only $10.
Our 401k plan lets you contribute your eligible earnings up to the IRS limitby, both pre-tax and Roth after-tax. Burris will match your contributions by 50 percent up to a maximum of 3 percent. Eligibility starts six months after the start of employment.
Full-time active team members are eligible for paid time off unless covered by provisions of a bargaining agreement.
